The updated Porsche Panamera, which will debut at the Shanghai exhibition on 21st November.  In total there will be 10 versions of the new Panamera, which consumes up to 56% less fuel.

The Panamera S E-Hybrid is equipped with a gasoline engine and an electric motor producing 70 kW (95 hp), powered by a lithium-ion battery which is 9,4 kWh and can be charged in 2.5 hours using a quick charger and 4 hours using a simple household outlet. It has an average fuel consumption of 3.1 l/100 km and just 71 g/km emissions of CO2. The purely electric autonomy amounts to 36 km, with a realistic measurement to rise between 18 to 36 km. In terms of top speed when running exclusively on the electric motor, it goes as fast as 135 km/h. The 0-100 km/h is comlpeted in 5.5 seconds and the top speeed when it uses both motors combined is 270 km/h. From 2014, the Panamera Diesel will be equipped a new 300 hp diesel.

The Panamera S E-Hybrid has a range of functions which can be activated via an app on your smartphone. From there, the driver can see the charge level of the battery, he can put the car to warm up, open up the air conditioning and much more.

The version with the long wheelbase (+15 cm) and Executive packages feature two rear bucket seats, which offer more space for rear passengers and a better ride experience. Executive versions have the standard air suspension of Porsche.

The Panamera S and Panamera 4S nare now equipped with a new V6 biturbo engine, combined with a 7-speed PDK transmission and the Panamera Diesel and Panamera S E-Hybrid combined with an 8-speed Tiptronic S transmission and Start/Stop system.

At th exterior the renewed Panamera features a new front bumper design similar to that of the new 911 with larger air intakes, new hood, new trunk, new grille, new lights, new LED daytime running lights and new spoiler .

The basic equipment of the Panamera are bi-xenon lights, multifunction steering wheeland  automatic trunk opening , the additional equipment features active cruise control, automatic braking, lane departure warning system warning system and traffic intersections warning system.

Sales of the renewed Panamera will start from July in Germany, the Panamera Diesel will be available from 81,849 euros, the Panamera from 83,277 euros, the Panamera 4 from 88,513 euros, the Panamera S from 101,841 euros, Panamera 4S from 107,196 euros, the Panamera S E-Hybrid from 110,409 euros, the Panamera GTS from 121,595 euros and the Panamera 4S Executive from 132,662 euros. The Panamera Turbo starts from 145,990 euros, while the Panamera Turbo Executive from 163,364 euros.
