Bonhams has auctioned the 2,000,000th Defender for £400,000. The car was a bespoke version of the Defender, produced to pay tribute to all the Defender ever built.
The auction started from £20,000 and quickly its price rocketed. The proceeds of the auction will be going to the two charities of Land Rover, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the Foundation Born Free.
