Yamaha presented the MT-10 that is based on the new YZF-R1. As the name implies, it is a version for traveling. It is powered by a 998cc 4-cylinder engine that produces 160 hp at 11,500 rpm, with 111 Nm of torque at 9,000 rpm.
Its wheelbase is shorter by just 5 mm, reaching 1400 mm, with its weight being limited to 210 kg, with a full tank. The driving position is a bit better, with its saddle being more comfortable for both the rider and the passenger. The MT-10 will be available from March in Europe.
