Once in a while I while find a truck so cool on eBay that I will be tempted to bid on it, not only because of its condition, but also because of the sleek design of the “old times” as I like to call the years before the 1950s.
This time I have stumbled upon this gorgeous 1938 Ford COE, in an absolutely excellent condition. The truck is equipped with a V8 engine , combined with a 4 speed gearbox and according to the seller it runs great.
Everything on it, is shiny and new, its paint, its tyres, its rims, its interior. The car has been frame-off restored and it looks like it came out of the production line yesterday. Its interior features green seats and a fan instead of air-condition (I am guessing they were not equipping cars with air-condition back then).
The auction has reached a price of $13,600 and it ends in 21 hours and 40 minutes.
