Hyundai released a teaser photo of a concept called RN30, which will make its debut at the Paris auto show in less than a week. The car is based on the third generation of the i30, which was presented a few days ago and obviously it is a foretaste of the fast version of the i30, that is expected to be presented in 2017.

The RN30 concept has a fairly aggressive body kit, with muscular wheel arches and a large front splitter. From the picture we can see that airflow passes throught the hood, so it is almost certain that the hood will have vents, to extract the hot engine air, while we can also a big rear spoiler.

Hyundai has not given any information about the engine of the RN30, but rumors say that the N version of the i30 will be wearing a turbo four-cylinder 2-liter engine that will produce between 260 and 300 hp, with the Korean company to offer an optional performance package for the i30 N, that will make it more adapted for use in track.
