NextEV has begun testing their first hypercar which produces 1 MegaWatt of power (1.360 hp) and it is able to do the 0-100 km/h in about 3 seconds, with its top speed being over 300 km/h.

NextEV has found sponsors who will give the necessary funds for the construction of the electric supercar, with Martin Leach, former CEO of Maserati and COO of Ford of Europe being the president of the company. The head of design is Danilo Teobaldi, former designer of Italdesign, with Juho Suh, former BMW designer, and John Thomas, former senior executive of Tesla being in the development team of the car.

The car is being developed for two years in Munich, with its sales to start in Europe by the end of 2017. Its presentation will be held on November 21, with its price to be estimated at about $1 million. Rumors say that only 6 unitsof the car will be built.
