About a month ago, Callaway announced a tuning package for the Chevrolet Camaro Z/28. Today the American tuning firm revealed the details of the upgrade kit named SC 652.

The biggest difference is the engine, where the addition of a TVS2300 supercharger, an intercooler and a new exhaust, increases the horsepower of the 7 liter V8 of the ultimate American track-day car from 505 hp to 652 hp and 839 Nm of torque.
The engine is still combined with the Tremec TR6060, manual 6-speed gearbox which helps the coupe to accelerate to 100km/h from standstill in 3.7 seconds and to complete the quarter-mile in 11.5 seconds with an exit speed of 199km/h. In addition to improvements to the engine, the SC 652 pack offers new floor mats, a small tag with a serial number and the necessary logos of Callaway.
Of course, the gain in performance has its cost and in this case at the $ 75,000 base price of the standard Camaro Z/28, $ 19,995 will be added for the package, which will be available in 10 units. Callaway offers 3 years warranty or 56,000 km and with an additional cost, it may be extended to five years or 160,000 miles.
