Two months ago Infiniti announced that it will unveil an all-new crossover model based on the Nissan Juke.
The model will be called ESQ and will be presented in China later this year. As you can see from the photos, the design is almost identical to the design of the Juke, but the ESQ has a new grille and new 18-inch alloy wheels.
The photos of the interior do not reveal much and all we see is the familiar dashboard with the steering wheel to bear the logo of Infiniti.
Roumors say tha it will be equipped with a turbocharged 1.6 liter four-cylinder engine that produces 200 hp and 250 Nm of torque and it will probably be combined with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) and all-wheel drive of Nissan.
The car will be manufactured at the company’s factory in Xiangyang Hubei, with Infiniti wanting to sell 500,000 cars worldwide by 2016.
