Geneva Motor show 2015: Peugeot 208 facelift and 208 GTi 30th Anniversary

Peugeot presented the 208 facelift and the 208 GTi 30th Anniversary at Geneva. The small 208 facelift, features new front and rear 3D LED design lights, new grille, a new bumper with integrated fog lights and new designs for its alloy wheels.

The features a new steering wheel, new decorations and a 7-inch touch screen for the entertainment and information system, which includes connectivity with Bluetooth and USB and applications through the Peugeot Connect Apps and the new MirrorScreen system, which allows the transfer of the driver’s smart phone screen to the display of the car.

The Peugeot 208 facelift, will be available with a many engines, including the 1.6 BlueHDi with 75, 100 or 120 hp while in terms of gasoline, there will be a 1.2 liter turbo engine with 110 hp . The less powerful engines, will be combined with a 5-speed manual transmission or an Aisin six-speed EAT6, automatic transmission, while the stronger ones will be equipped with a 6-speed manual.

The Peugeot GTi 30th Anniversary, is part of the range rather than a specific version. Sales of the 208 facelift, will start from the middle of June and the car will be manufactured in Poissy, France.
