Audi announced that the new TT will receive a 1.8 liter TFSI engine in a new basic version that will have a starting price of €32,000 in coupe version and €35,000 in the roadster version.
The 1.8 liter TFSI produces 180 hp with 250 Nm of torque. The engine can be combined with either a six-speed manual or a 6-speed S tronic, with the 0-100 km/h coming in 6.9 seconds, with the car having a top speed of 241 km/h in the coupe version, with the roadster version having a top speed of 237 km/h. The first deliveries of the car will be made from the second half of the year.
