BMW presented the new 7 Series. The car borrows design elements from the Vision Future Luxury concept and the Gran Lusso Coupe and it features LED front lights with laser, a prominent chrome grille, which has flaps that open to vary the air inflow in the engine compartment, a front bumper that incorporates LED foglamps, an edge that runs through the body, a low chrome line, which starts from the airway of the front fenders and ends in the rear bumper, double chrome exhaust tailpipes and chrome decorations.

The body of the car has many parts in carbon, with the total weight to be reduced by 200 kilos. The use of aluminum at the ends of each wheel has reduced the unsprung weight by 10 kilos at each corner, with BMW saying that the to car has a perfect 50/50 weight distribution on the front and rear axles.

It is available in two versions, one with a normal wheelbase, with its length reaching 5.098 mm and with a long wheelbase which is 5.238 mm long.
The interior features a gestures recognition system, which through a 3D sensor mounted on the roof of the car and near the interior mirror, can recognize the movements of the hands of the driver. With these you can adjust the volume of the audio system, answer the phone and do much more.
The new 7-Series features the “Display Key” key, which provides useful guidance through the small built-in screen, similar to that presented at CES. The semi-autonomous driving system of the car, configures the settings of the car and it can drive the vehicle without the driver’s intervention at speeds up to 210 km/h.
