The CEO of Jaguar Land Rover, Ralf Speth, stated that the public is not enthusiastic about electric cars at the moment and that he considers them heavy and expensive.
This does not mean that Jaguar Land Rover will not release electric cars, since they are already preparing a new research and development center which will cost the £150 million and will serve for the company to develop hybrid and electric models.
