This is the final form of the Bloodhound SSC, which was exhibited in London, without the panels from one side to make its entire packaging system clear to the public. Guests will be able to see also the wheels that will be used on the car.
The fuel pump of the vehicle is a supercharged V8 of Jaguar and it will be tested later in 2015, while the team wants to be ready for low speed tests in early 2016 before moving to N. Africa in the summer of that year. The team on the first run will attempt to break the current record of 1.227,98 km/h. If all goes well, then the team will return in Hakskeen Pan in 2017 to set a record of 1.600 km/h.
