Mazda presented another version of the MX-5 exclusively for the Japanese market. The version is called MX-5 RS and it has Bilstein suspensions and big brakes.
Its interior features Recaro sports seats clad in Nappa/Alcantara, a Bose audio system with 9 speakers, a system for the neck heating of passengers, a lane departure warning system, a blind spot warning system and a cornering monitoring system.
It is equipped with a 1.5 liter SKYACTIV-G engine producing 131 hp with 150 Nm of torque, combined with a 6-speed manual transmission. Sales of the car have already started, while its initial price is, 3.2 million yen.
