Porsche produced 936 units of the 911 (964) Speedster. However, Strosek Auto Design had produced a special wide body kit for just fifteen 993 Speedster worldwide. The body kit was called “Mega Widebody” and only three of them exist in the US. One of the cars equipped with the body kit will be auctioned by Bonhams and it is expected to reach a price between €170,000 and €200,000.
The body kit of Strosek features wide fenders, new bumpers and new lights. The car has also a new air intake and a new exhaust that makes its 3.6 liter engine deliver 274 hp.
