Bugster, what happens when you mix a Porsche and a Beetle

The Volkswagen Beetle that you see in the main photo is basically a Porsche, hidden under the body of a Beetle. It is a creation of Siegfried Rudolf who decided to combine a Beetle and a Porsche 911.

The body comes from the Beetle, while the chassis is of Porsche. The car stands on 18-inch wheels, having cooling vents in the rear wings. It also has airbags, ESP, ABS and several more modern safety systems.

The “fusion” of the two cars, took two years to complete. The car is called the Bugster 9:03 and if you would like to have one as well, you can pay the amount of 95,000 euros, to the gentleman that created it, so that he can make you another one. The car is based on a 911 (996), but whoever wishes and is willing to pay extra money, can also use as a base a 911 996 GT3.
