A few hours before the official presentation tonight in New York, the new Cadillac Escalade’s promo video was leaked which went down shortly after. But the time was enough for some screenshots of the car.
The new SUV from the American firm has an impressive and imposing design, with LED lights and classic vertically mounted tail lights and roof spoiler. At the interior it features leather upholstery , three rows of seats , with wooden decoratives.
The car is built on the modified platform K2XX of the Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, GMC Yukon, Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban. What engines will be equipped is something that has not yet been confirmed but it is almost certain that the new 6.2 -liter EcoTec3 V8 producing 420 hp and 450 Nm of torque will be in range . The power will be sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission with all-wheel drive to be in the additional equipment, while the initial value is expected to be close to $ 65,000 .
