Ford Focus RS by Mountune

Mountune has presented in the past the “Phase 1 & 2” kit upgrades for the Focus RS, but they did not indicate the exact increase in horsepower. Today, however, the British firm announced that the kit increases the horsepower of the 2.3 liter four-cylinder EcoBoost engine by 25 hp and 40 Nm torque, making the car produce a total of 375 hp and 510 Nm of torque.

The kit includes a new air intake, an enhanced relief valve and a reprogrammed ECU. The result of the increased power is a 0-100 km/h acceleration of 4.5 seconds, 0.2 seconds faster than the simple car.

The kit was developed in collaboration with Ford Performance and it can be installed in less than two hours, with its cost being  £899.
