Peugeot at a special event held in the historic market Carreau du Temple in Paris, presented the Foodtruck concept, which was inspired and designed by the Peugeot Design Lab and is described as a restaurant on wheels.
It is based on the Boxer, having a trailer on its back, it can provide food for up to 30 people, having a special sound system with four speakers and a 46 inch screen.
The cooks have at their disposal two grills and enough equipment to cook any meal imaginable. The ventilation system provides optimum air quality and the car has a 400 liter freezer under its floor. A 350 liter fridge keeps beverages cool and a professional espresso machine by Rocket Espresso can make coffee for the clients of the “restaurant on wheels”.
