Toyota released the first pictures of the production version of the FCV, its hydrogen car, which will be released in Japan in April of 2015, while in Europe and U.S. it will come next summer.

It is based on the FCV-R Concept, with production to begin in mid-December of this year. The model will be sold in Japan for over 7 million yen, having thin LED lights and a front bumper with large air intakes.

Toyota believes that the future are the hydrogen fuel cell cars and not the electric ones. The car has a range of about 480 to 500 kilometers while the supply of hydrogen tanks lasts 3-5 minutes.
