The 911 Carrera 2.7 MFI Coupe was introduced in 1974 and it was built to meet the strictest, US safety regulations. Its floor was reinforced, it had improved lighting and new bumpers, with its total weight reaching 1,075 kg.

Its 2.7-liter air-cooled, six-cylinder petrol engine produced 210 hp and it was combined with a 5-speed, manual transmission. The car was able to reach 96 km/h from a standstill in a little more than five seconds, while its top speed was 241 km/h. Until the late 80s, the 2.7 MFI was the fastest 911 ever produced.

Currently, there are only 48 documented right hand drive Carrera 2.7 MFI, but the existence of the sunroof on this car, makes it one of the 21 equipped with a sunroof. Moreover, it is worth noting that the car’s previous owner, who bought it new in 1975 has traveled with it 55,000 miles. The car is fully restored, with its engine having been rebuilt.
