The revamped version of the SM7 was presented by Renault Samsung. Its name is SM7 Nova sedan with the model having minor stylistic changes, with new grille, new hood, new front bumper and new chrome tailpipes.The interior features new upholstery and a Wi-Fi hotspot.
The car is available with two V6 petrol engines. The 2.5 liter engine delivers 193 hp and 243 Nm of torque and the 3,5 liter V6 produces 262 hp and 330 Nm of torque. Later also a diesel will be added.
