In this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, at the end of the month Mercedes-Benz will present the revamped CLS, a few days after the official presentation on June 23. Sales will begin in mid-September with the model having limited changes, which are located in the new front bumper, the new grille and new LED lights, while the interior will feature the last generation of COMAND Online in the center of the dashboard, new decorations, new central knob, redesigned steering wheel and new leather upholstery.

The model will be equipped with the new 9G-Tronic gearbox, which will be combined with almost all of the available engine range. Essentially the only versions that will continue to be equipped with the 7G-Tronic will be wheel-drive 4Matic, because Mercedes-Benz has not yet modified the new 9 speed box that it works with the AWD system.

The range of engines will also include the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 M276 DELA 30 producing 333 hp with 480 Nm of torque, which will replace the atmospheric M276 V6 3.5-liter.

The facelifted CLS 63 AMG will acquire this new bumpers, new grille as well as new side skirts. Under the hood, the V8 5,5-liter twin-turbo V8 engine produces 557 hp and 720 Nm of torque, with the 0-100 km/h coming in 4.2 seconds (3.7 seconds with the four-wheel drive system).
