Mercedes-AMG presented the C63 Coupe, which will be formally presented to the public at the Frankfurt auto show next month. The car features an aggressive body kit and it is equipped with a 4 liter V8 twin-turbo engine that produces 476 hp and 650 Nm of torque in the standard version and 510 hp with 700 Nm of torque in the S version.

The body kit consists of new bumpers, a new grille, new side skirts, a rear spoiler and a diffuser. The C63 AMG Coupe stands on 18 inch wheels, with tires measuring 255/40 forward and 285/35 rear, the C63 AMG S on the other hand features 19 inch wheels, with tires measuring 255/35 forward and 285/30 rear.
The power passes to the rear wheels via the seven-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT gearbox, which promises faster changes, especially in the Sport + and Manual modes through the aluminum paddles behind the steering wheel. The car can do the 0-100 km/h in four seconds, with the S version doing the 0-100 km/h in 3.9 seconds, with the top speed, in both cases, being electronically limited to 250 km/h, but with the AMG Driver’s Package the top speed can reach 290 km/h.

Mercedes-Benz has equipped the C63 AMG Coupe with a rear mechanical differential lock, while the C63 AMG S Coupe wears an electronic locking rear differential. The C63 AMG S will also feature dynamic engine mounts originating from the AMG GT, which adjust their stiffness in a split second, depending on the conditions and the driving style.
The interior features sports leather bucket seats, a leather three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, aluminum pedals, carbon background on the instrument panel and a Burmester audio system. Sales of the car will begin from March of 2016.
