BMW unveiled the highly anticipated M2, that features a 3 liter six-cylinder engine, a rear-wheel drive system and a breathtaking design, that makes it probably the best looking car in its category.
It has a new front bumper that has large air intakes, wider fenders, a new rear bumper that incorporates a diffuser, quad exhaust tailpipes and 19 inch alloy wheels.
It is equipped with a 3 liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine that delivers 370 hp at 6,500 rpm and 465 Nm of torque, available with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed, dual clutch, automatic. The car can reach 100 km/h from a standstill in just 4.3 seconds, when it is combined with the automatic transmission, while its top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h.
Its interior features leather and Alcantara, blue stitching and carbon fiber decorations. Otherwise, the 2016 BMW M2 is equipped with an aluminum suspension, aluminum front and rear axles from the M3 and M4, a high-performance braking system with four-piston calipers front and two piston at the back, an M Servotronic steering with two settings, an electronic Active M Differential and the Dynamic Stability Control System.
