Hennessey Performance Engineering, released the technical characteristics of the supercharger kit prepared for the 2015 Cadillac Escalade.
The kit with name HPE550, is only available for the 6.2 liter V8 engine of the Escalade and raises the performance from 420 hp and 623 Nm of torque to 557 hp and 734 Nm of torque. In addition to the supercharger, the kit includes the intercooler and a reprogrammed ECU while it costs $15,950. The HPE550, can be fitted to other models such as the 2014/2015 Chevrolet Silverado, the 2014/2015 GMC Sierra and the 2015 GMC Yukon Denali. It comes with a warranty of 3 years or 36,000 miles.
For the Escalade, customers can also choose to equip it with forged monoblock 20 inch alloy wheels that you see the picture for $ 6,950. The wheels fit the factory tires but thanks to their construction, have significantly less weight than the standard ones.
