The president of Cadillac, Johan de Nysschen, confirmed that the company is preparing a new V8 which will be a “state-of-the-art” engine and will also be very powerful having “high performance”.

More details were not revealed by Cadillac, with rumors saying that the new engine is going to be placed on the CT6, and the upcoming flagship of the company, which will go on sale in 2020 to compete with the Mercedes S-Class and BMW 7-Series.
