In recent years, Chrysler has filed many times for the extension of the trademark name “Barracuda” for use in “cars, structural parts and logos”, but that does not mean that FCA will revive the car.
The original Barracuda, was essentially a Plymouth Valiant, until 1970, when the company decided to transfer it to a chassis designed so it can accommodate larger engines.
