GTT means Grand Turismo Tribute and the changes made to the car, are extensive. At the front the hood is elongated, with the car having huge air vents. On the side we see a new side skirt and in front of the rear wheels there are big vents.

The back of the car looks like the Ford GT, with the diffuser taking up most of the rear bumper and the exhaust tailpipes being placed in the center. The trunk has been shaped, to operate as a spoiler and of course, the lights are completely new to resemble those of the GT.
