Genovation Extreme Electric (GXE) managed to reach a top speed of 205.6 miles per hour, in June, with an electric Chevrolet Corvette C6, producing 700 hp and over 815 Nm of torque.

The American company is now ready to provide the corresponding conversion for the Chevrolet Corvette C7 Grand Sport. They will built just 75 units of the car, with the first deliveries being expected in the third quarter of 2019 and the potential customers having to pay a deposit of $250,000 and to give an extra $500,000 to buy the electric car.
Genovation indicates that the car is provided with a battery 44 kWh, allowing it to have an autonomy of 240 km, with the new electric Corvette being capable to make the 0 to 100 km/h in about 3 seconds.
