According to rumors KIA will pass the GT Concept in production and the production version of the car will be launched in 2017.
It will be based on a renewed version of the GT Concept, that will be unveiled in the coming months and it will be an evolution of the concept presented in 2011. The design of the model has already gotten the green light from the chief designer of the brand, Peter Schreyer.
It will be available with a range of four-cylinder and six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines, while it might also have a top version equipped with a bigger engine.
