MG presented at the Shanghai auto show the GS, their new crossover, which according to rumors will be sold not only in England, but also in the rest of Europe. The model in England will go on sale in 2016, while there is no specific date on when it will be available on other European countries.
The car is available with a 1.5 liter turbo engine that produces 168 hp with 250 Nm and also with a 2 liter turbo that delivers 220 hp with 350 Nm of torque. The car is also available with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed, automatic, or a 7-speed automatic dual clutch transmission. The base version of the GS will be front wheel drive, with the four-wheel drive system to be available on the optional equipment.
