Porsche presented the Macan Turbo equipped with the Performance Package. The car’s 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6 engine delivers 440 hp, an increase of 40 horsepower compared to the “simple” Macan Turbo and torque of 600 Nm, an increase of 50 Nm, available from 1,500 to 4,500 rpm.
The extra power allows the sporty SUV to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds, having a top speed of 272 km/h (an increase of 6 km/h). With the Sport Plus program, the car accelerates from 80-120 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, while the average consumption ranges from 9.4 liters/100 km to 9.7 liters/100 km.
Besides the upgraded engine, the Macan Turbo with the Performance Package features new front brake discs of 390 mm, a lower body by 15 mm, the Sport Chrono Package and a sports exhaust, with the air suspension to be offered as an extra.
The Macan Turbo with the Performance Package is already available for ordering in Germany at a price of €91,150.
