Last month Porsche presented at the Los Angeles auto show, the Cayman GT4 Clubsport and now the company released a video of the car, which is driven by a 3.8 liter boxer engine producing 380 hp, with the power transferred to the rear axle. The model also features a PDK automatic transmission with paddles on the steering wheel.
The Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport weighs 40 kilos less than the Cayman GT4, so its weight reaches 1,300 kilos. It has racing bucket seats, six-point seatbelts and a roll cage. The standard fuel tank of the car has a capacity of 90 liters, but there is the alternative of 70 or 100 liters.
The car can participate in many racing championships, among which the Pirelli World Challenge, Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge and Pirelli GT3 Cup Trophy USA.
