The Spanish company states that the car “fits perfectly at SEAT with his performance, dynamic design and crossover stance”.

Visually, the three-door model combines features from the Leon Cupra, with some details from the X-Perience, creating a compact urban crossover, while it is raised by 41 millimeters compared to the Leon SC. The model will go on sale in the first half of 2016 and it will be based on the MQB platform.

It is equipped with the same drivetrain, as the VW Golf R, which consists of a two-liter, turbocharged, four-cylinder engine producing 300 hp with 380 Nm of torque and an all-wheel drive system.
