SsangYong announced that from now on, the Tivoli and the XLV will be equipped with new security technologies. These technologies include a Forward Collision Warning system, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keeping Assist, High Beam Assist and Traffic Sign Recognition.
The autonomous braking system and the forward collision system are part of the standard equipment of the DLX versions of Tivoli and XLV, with all the other new active safety systems being standard equipment in the top DLX 2Tone version of the Tivoli and Limited version of the XLV.
