Lexus announced that the RC will acquire a 2 liter turbo gasoline engine that produces 245 hp with 350 Nm of torque, combined to an 8-speed automatic Sport Direct Shift (SPDS) gearbox, which in the case of the F Sport version, is equipped with a Torsen differential lock.
The engine enables the RC to do the 0-100 km/h in 7.5 seconds, having a top speed of 230 km/h. The average consumption of the car stands at 7.2 liters/100 km, with 166 g/km of CO2 emissions.
