It’s been months since the purchase of the old Packard factory, by the Peruvian investor, Fernando Palazuelo and finally the restoration process of the building has started.
The restoration will require decades and about $300 million to be completed, but first Palazuelo has began restoring the characteristic bridge of the building with the clock and the name of Packard. The restoration of the bridge and the renovation of the administration building is the first stage of the huge work which will cost $12-$20 million and will be completed in 2017.
