On the sidelines of the Frankfurt Motor show, Alfredo Altavilla, the head of Alfa Romeo for Europe, Africa and Middle East revealed that the first SUV of the company, which is expected to be released in 2016, will have a QV version like the Giulia.

The car will be equipped with a 3 liter V6 twin-turbo engine, which will be combined with a Getrag automatic dual clutch transmission.
It will be available with four-cylinder and six-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines, between which, there will be a new 3 liter V6 diesel with an aluminum block. The engines will be available with a 6-speed manual or an automatic gearbox with 8 relations, with the power to pass on the rear or on both axles.
