Mercedes AMG got their first win of the season, with great ease, but the winner was not Lewis Hamilton, but Nico Rosberg! The British driver had trouble with the engine and left early, and was followed a little later by Sebastian Vettel, who had himself a corresponding problem. Daniel Ricciardo and Kevin Magnussen were in the second and third position respectively.
Jenson Button, was in the fourth position, confirming that McLaren is in much better shape this year, with the British team having an exemplary strategy. Fernando Alonso not only failed to climb the podium , but could not approach the first drivers. Valtteri Bottas with Williams, perhaps deserved more than the 6th place, contact with the wall cost him the right rear tire and also precious time.
Great performance from the 7th Nico Hulkeberg with Force India, something we can not say for Kimi Raikkonen. In the last two posts we find both the cars of Toro Rosso, with Jean-Eric Vergne and Daniil Kvyat.
