Alpina gave new details about the third generation of the famous B3 which will be presented at Geneva.
Based on the BMW 3 Series, it is equipped with a 3.0 liter turbo engine that produces 410 hp between 5,500 rpm to 7,000 rpm and 598 Nm of torque. Combined with an 8 speed ZF automatic transmission, the 0-100 km/h is completed in 4.2 seconds the top speed reaches 306 km/h. Compared with its predecessor, is 20% more economical with average fuel consumption 7.9 l/100 km and 177 g/km of CO2 emissions.
Stylistic it has a new bodykit and multispoke 20 inch rims. It will also be available in a four wheel drive version which will be exclusively in the Left hand version.It will be available for sale in summer 2013 and it’s starting price will be €65,500 in Germany.
