Caterham announced three new versions that for the range of the Seven to fill the gap between the 160 and the 620R.

These versions, are called 270, 360 and 420. The first, one is equipped with a 1.6 liter Ford Sigma engine, producing yielding 10 horses more than the Roadsport 125, that it replaces. The second one is equipped with a 2 liter, Ford Duratec engine, used for the racing R300, while the last one is equipped with the same engine, but improvements that raise its performance to 210 hp.
The English company also presented two new trim levels: the “S” and “R”. The S, is for street cars, featuring equipment such as floor mats, full size windshield, leather seats, 14 inch alloy wheels, road suspension and many others. The R on the other hand, features 15 inch alloy wheels, a sport suspension, limited slip differential, lighter flywheel, carbon dashboard, new seats and many more.
