AC Schnitzer in 2011 presented the AC Schnitzer Eagle, which was based on the MINI John Cooper Works (R56) and it was able to lap the track of Hockenheim faster than a BMW M3!
The 1.6 liter turbo engine of the car was tuned to deliver 260 hp, while the car had a lower weight by 80 kg, Only one car exists as the company called it a “one-off prototype”.
