Mercedes, announced that the CLA45 AMG and GLA45 AMG will acquire the upgraded engine of the A45 AMG Facelift. The engine produces 381 hp with 475 Nm of torque. Both cars will be equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with shorter relationships and a limited slip differential on the front axle.
The cars can be ordered with the AMG Ride Control sports suspension and the AMG Dynamic Select system, that offers five modes “Comfort”, “Sport”, “Sport +” and “Individual” or “Race”, with the last option being available only when the car is equipped with the AMG Ride Control suspension.
