Hyundai announced that they are recalling 304,900 Sonata in America, that were manufactured between December 11, 2009 until June 30, 2011 because of a problem with the brake pedal, which may not allow the brake lights to turn off.
More specifically, the bottom part of the brake pedal in vehicles may eventually subside and it can allow the switch of the brake lights to remain active even when the driver has released the pedal. So far, there are no reported accidents or injuries, the recall will begin from January 11.
