KTM presented officially the 1290 Super Duke GT at EICMA. The bike might look like a simple Super Duke R with a new mask and visor, but it is far more than that. This new version features a windshield and extensions on the sides of the reservoir, which is also bigger, for greater autonomy, while the subframe has been lengthened for more space.

KTM proceeded with minor modifications to the engine, so that its performance, can suit the new model. The suspensions of the GT, are semi-active and adjustable in three different modes.
It is equipped with a 2 cylinder water-cooled 1,301 cc engine producing 173 hp at 9,500 rpm and 143 Nm of torque at 6,750 rpm.
