The DeltaWing Technology Group and its CEO, have revealed that they are developing two versions of the DeltaWing GT, with one of them to be a race car and the other one to be a car for use on the road.
The sketches of the car were leaked through the patent office. The company actually revealed that according to an independent study, a four-seat car based on DeltaWing and driven by a 1.4 liter gasoline engine with 138 hp, will consume just 3.2 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers.
The race car will be a two-seater sports car based on the philosophy and architecture of the Deltawing and it will have the same performance with “many of today’s sports cars” but with “significantly less horsepower”.
