An original Herbie used for the needs of the filming of the movie Herbie The Love Bug will go to auction. The car was constructed in 1963, with Barrett Jackson indicating that there is no reserve price for the car.
The car has participated in the film Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo (1977) and Herbie Goes Bananas (1980) with the auction to take place in Palm Beach, USA on November 17. The car is fully functional and it is expected to reach a price of over $100,000.
