According to the President of Daimler, Dieter Zetsche, the rise of crossovers is not over yet and their category will grow even more. Mercedes sold 30% more SUVs in the first quarter of 2015 compared to the same period last year.
Dieter Zetsche, is convinced that customers want a high seating position, a better view and the other advantages of SUVs and crossovers. The statements of Zetsche mean that the company will probably release even more SUV and crossover models in the coming years.
