According to rumors the top of the line Golf will produce 370 hp. If the rumors are true, then the horsepower of the Golf is close to where the power of its competitors is, like the Focus RS, the Audi RS3 and the Mercedes A45 AMG.
Of course, at this point we do not know anything more, like if the engine of the car is an upgraded version of the existing, turbocharged four-cylinder or if it is the same one as that of the RS3, or when the car is going to be presented.
